I am Nitin Kingaonkar, Founder & Chief Executive Officer.

Small and Medium enterprises (SME) across the globe face a unique set of challenges. They have a small human, machine & capital resources footprint. To be competitive and excel in their business environments, they need to be super productive & extra efficient.

Most of the established ERP’s are designed with BIG companies with abundant resources in mind to justify their high cost of acquisition and & maintenance. Being deeply involved in Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) eco-system for more than 25 years I have seen & felt these problems first hand.

A solution had to be visualized, designed & developed to address these problems with these objectives in mind:

Thus comes e-Whiz Global, a company established with simple motto: ‘Simple & Effective Solutions’.

I came up with some ideas to solve these chronic SME problems and offer them a sigh of relief. I put together a small team of domain & technical experts to visualize, design & develop an Enterprise application and our flagship product Whiz Synergy was born.

We decided to build our product platform using open source technologies with low or no cost of acquisition. We started with small footprint with couple of SMEs who had a similar vision as ourselves for pilot projects. After spending numerous sleepless nights and multiple design iterations, we delivered & deployed Whiz Synergy to our first client in 8 months timeframe. It was well received and appreciated for its simplicity and effectiveness.

We continued to add new features and modules to Whiz Synergy and then expanded our product portfolio with the launch of Whiz Sales CRM and Whiz Express Configurator over the next couple of years.

So far, we have successfully deployed Whiz Synergy with more than 25 customers and counting. Our Whiz Sales CRM is used by more than 2000 users across major industry verticals. With offices in multiple geographical locations and our team exceeding 75 employees and partners we are set on right growth trajectory.
